LRF-3000S Clamp-On Flow Meter for Permanent Installation

The LRF-3000S is one of our best-selling products for permanent installation and provides accurate flow measurement without any need to modify existing piping systems. Using Clamp-On technology, the sensors are easily mounted on the outside of the pipe without causing downtime, pressure drops, or any impact on the process.

The standard version comes with a TT01 sensor for pipe sizes DN25–1200 and temperatures ranging from -40 to 80°C. For smaller pipes, options are available down to DN15, and for higher temperatures, sensors are available for up to 180°C.

The LRF-3000S measures instantaneous flow, total flow, and flow velocity, and can also be used for energy measurement in conjunction with temperature sensors. Its robust design and external sensors make the system virtually maintenance-free and particularly suitable for both new and existing installations in industrial, building, water and wastewater, and energy applications.

With standard outputs such as 4–20 mA, relay, and pulse, as well as Modbus RS485 communication (M-Bus optional), the LRF-3000S integrates easily into higher-level control and monitoring systems.

The large, easy-to-read display makes configuration and data reading simple right on site.
