Description

LRF-3000 Ultra Ultrasonic Flow Meter

The LRF-3000 Ultra is an advanced ultrasonic flow meter for permanent installation that combines high accuracy with easy installation. Thanks to Clamp-On technology, the sensors are mounted on the outside of the pipe without any modifications to the piping system, which eliminates the need for downtime and ensures that no pressure drop occurs.

The meter is suitable for most liquids and liquefied gases in homogeneous pipes and can be used with pipe sizes ranging from DN15 to DN1200. Its robust design, featuring an aluminum housing and IP68-rated sensors, makes it suitable even for demanding industrial environments.

The clear TFT color display provides easy access to current measurement values, history, and statistics for daily, monthly, and annual data, as well as total flow. With analog outputs, a pulse output, a relay output, and Modbus RS485 as standard (M-bus optional), the LRF-3000 Ultra integrates easily into existing control and monitoring systems.

For facilities that want to monitor energy usage, the meter can be equipped with two Pt1000 temperature sensors and used as an energy flow meter for both heating and cooling systems. An integrated data logger is available as an option for easy analysis and documentation of measurement data.

A robust, reliable, and future-proof solution for precise flow and energy measurement without affecting the process.
